Requirements: Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (Any), or related plus 60 months as a Software Professional. Position requires travel/relocation to unanticipated locations throughout the United States.

Job Description: Senior Oracle Technical Architect needed to design, develop, and deliver new solution architecture. Conduct work to mitigate the risks and impacts of the new requirements and deliver better functionality and performance than the current systems. Conduct migration of objects from development systems to testing systems, Production systems and Post Production activities. Formulate Integration strategy to be implemented for the new application to communicate with the existing systems. Participate in design review workshops. Participate in capacity planning and infrastructure setup for new application rollouts. Formulate test, validation and performance strategies and define exit criteria for the different project lifecycles. Analyze the business requirements pertaining to the R&D and Serialization applications as a result of the new regulations and Aggregation rollout plans. Identify critical risks, issues, and mitigation plans on program level. Coordinate build, unit test, functional and non-functional test activities across the project lifecycle. Validate and review release and test results. Oversee continuous integration and delivery pipelines. Tailor program specific tools and platform implementations to accommodate efficient automated processes across the development and test lifecycles. Administer and coordinate sign offs for design, build, test and go live milestones. Coordinate interactions between technical, business, development and test teams on the overall design and functionality. Support execution of Qualification and Validation assessments pertaining to GxP Regulations. Run performance engineering and Failover/DR activities to test and measure the effectiveness, robustness, reliability and scalability of the new systems being implemented. Devise real world workload conditions that the system would face post go live and strategize test simulations. Track, triage and mitigate issues/fixes based on constant production monitoring and analysis.
